Return & Exchange Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed and are automatically shipped to the address given when you place your order. Insurance is offered at shipping. While tracking is provided via email, we are not responsible for items and packages lost by the package handling company If you choose to not purchase insurance, you are taking full responsibility for that risk.
We also offer ice packs for items in danger of melting or being damaged by heat due to the delivery location and/or the time of year the items are ordered. We do not guarantee that the ice packs will prevent items from melting but do guarantee that your items will be shipped in an insulated package with ice packs to help keep your chocolates and other perishable items cool during the transport process. Each insulated package can provide a cooling environment for one pound of foods.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elk Valley Nuts and Candy. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label if necessary. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item, whichever you prefer. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, such as candy or snack mixes, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
